To ensure a smooth process for international talent to obtain VISA Sponsorships, Medici has partnered with Joseph Chan, an Australian Immigration Lawyer. Together, we streamline the complicated process of labour hire agreements, creating pathways for international talent to obtain necessary VISA Sponsorshipss.
Thanks to our strong international presence, particularly in South Korea and the Philippines, Medici is uniquely positioned to source and provide top-tier talent to the Australian Horse Racing and Equestrian Industry

About the Founder
Driven by his passion for supporting the Australian Racing and Equine industry and creating pathways for international talent, Alex Roh founded Medici. Prior to launching this innovative venture, Alex played a key role in the Korean Racing Authority and served as the Australian General Manager for Hana Tours.
Through Medici, Alex created valuable opportunities for aspiring apprentices to gain hands-on experience on Australian Stud farms and stables, leading many of them to secure full-time employment in Australia. In addition, Alex has acted as an agent for Korean talent including Hyo Sik Lee who has made a name for himself in Australia with several notable race wins and Chul Hee Jung a professional show jumper for the Korean National Team and notable competitor at the Magic Millions show jumping competition.
